You will be 100% satisfied with your purchase from us!

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product(s) you purchase from LightersWorld.com, you can have the confidence that you can return or exchange the item within 15 days of purchase for a full refund less a 20% restocking fee (or $4.50 which ever is the bigger amount) for each item in your order and the actual shipping charges that were incurred. Please Note that that Defective Items are replaced without any charges at all(We will send you a prepaid shipping label to send it back to us and the replacement item is send to you free of cost ).


In order to qualify for our Return Policy, we require you to call us within 15 days of purchase to get a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which is required to return an item. After 15 days items cannot be returned.

All returned items to LightersWorld.com must be in unused and undamaged condition. Product in damaged, used or scratched condition will not be applicable for refund. Item must also be packaged in the original manufacturer's box. All of the products parts, accessories, registration cards, etc must be returned for full credit.

Your refund or exchange will be processed within 1 week after your merchandise is received and inspected.  

 If there is some technical problem with an item that has been used, then please return it to the manufacturer for repair/replacement. We do not hold responsibility of used items.


** Exclusion **.  The return policy does not apply to Lighters Premium Butane Fuel. Once it is shipped it cannot be returned. In an highly unlikely event that the butane bottles were defective on arrival then we will happily return it. The same applies for pen refills. They can only be returned if the pack is unopened.

**IMPORTANT NOTE**  The actual shipping cost you must pay to return an item to us may not match our flat promotional shipping rates or free shipping promotion.  For example, we may ship an item to you for free, but the actual shipping cost is what will be deducted from your credit might be $11.99. Similarly if you order more than 2 items and want to return one of them the actual shipping cost to ship the item will be deducted.


Replacement Policy

Defective Items are replaced without any charges at all(We will send you a prepaid shipping label to send it back to us and the replacement item is send to you free of cost )Please don't try to fix your lighter(item), replace the flint, refuel the lighter or do any thing else. If you do any of these the Lighter(item) is considered used and does not qualify for our Return / Replacement policy. You will then have to send the lighter directly to the manufacturer and they will repair or replace the lighter if it is still under warranty.

In order to qualify for our Replacement Policy, we require you to call us within 7 days after the shipment is delivered. 

We ship every thing new, but if somehow there is a problem with the product, we will happily replace it with a brand new one free of cost . But if you want to return the product and not replace it, then the 20% restocking fee and any shipping charges that were incurred will be deducted from your credit.



How to Return a Product to LightersWorld.com

 
In the unlikely event you are required to return a product to LightersWorld.com follow these instructions:

1. Contact us to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. An RMA is required to process a return.  Returns without authorization are subject to refusal .
2. BLEED THE TANK.  Do not ship lighter with gas. (To bleed the tank press directly on the inlet valve opening at the bottom of the lighter. Please make sure while doing this not to scratch the area around it or break the inlet valve. Scratched items are subject to refusal)
3. Carefully repackage the product in the manufacturer's original packaging, making sure to include all parts and paperwork. Missing paperwork or parts will result in extra charge.  You may be required to place the manufacturer's box in a sturdier, shipping quality box.
4. Return the product via UPS or other insured shipping provider.  It is recommended that you insure the package and obtain a tracking number as LightersWorld.com is not responsible for loss or damage to merchandise that is being returned. Please insure the package for your purchase price.
5. Place a shipping label on the box and return the product to the address given below.  Please remember to include your RMA number on the shipping label. Do not write directly on the manufacturer's box- please use a shipping label so that the box may be reused. A box replacement charge will apply if the box is written upon.

7) After we receive your package, It will take 1-2 weeks to refund your money after we have inspected the returned item.

Can I exchange an item with something else?

Yes. Please place a new order for the item you want on our website. Your new item will be shipped to you. You have to return the unwanted item back to us for refund back to your credit card. Our Return Policy Rules apply to the returned item.

If you dont accept the shipped item and the item is returned back to us?

If you gave a wrong address or did not accept the send package, then we will refund your money less the shipping charged by the carrier(2 way shipping) and 10% restocking fees.
